this is interesting, but what if another agent wants to visit your house with his clients? do you have to pay a commission fee since you were listed on the platform?

Actually, there’s a better choice. If you call around, you can probably find a realtor or company who will put your house on the listings for a set price. You don’t pay a commission to that person/firm when the house sells. It’s just a one-time fee to get you the publicity you need.
