I will tell you something, after probably bidding on more than 15 properties in my lifetime to buy… there’s ALWAYS something better that comes a long, and when it does, you’ll find it, and you’ll be HAPPY you didn’t close on the other one.

It was our experience too, when shopping for homes last year, that even when you think the deal it closed, there are so many steps to the process that can stop the deal from going through. I think the key is just not to get frustrated or back yourself into a corner where you feel like you HAVE to buy. Patience, diligence, and an open mind get you to the goal.
