I do believe there are some blatant cases of fraud and abuse by the mortgage industry and I believe that greed also was a factor for individuals buying houses they could not afford. I'll get my review on sometime, but I honestly lean more towards the personal responsibility side of things, thanks for the link btw. It has got me to thinking so I think maybe mission accomplished.
