		<description>Great post. I have used the Excel templates, but found them lacking. So i created my own from scratch and it has worked wonders. 

One tool I loved in Excel is the loan amortization worksheets. I use these tools extensively to figure out what just an extra $50 dollars a month in debt repayment can mean to me over the course of 10 years. Amazing what that extra payment can save you in interest.</description>
