It’s a lazy Saturday for us. We’re both exhausted and I think I may have caught whatever my brother had. My family is coming up today to get a tow for my brother’s car. It broke down when he was visiting us last week. Apparently he needs his clutch to be replaced. If it’s not one thing, it’s another bill, right?
This weekend reminds me of the importantce of having an emergency fund. There is no one who can escape a surprise bill; it just happens! Be prepared by scraping up as much money as you can to have at least 3 months saved. Give yourself some peace of mind.
This week’s collections of personal finance articles have a lot of tax nformation and tips. With many people filing (after my husband reviews our returns, we’re e-filing today), I thought highlighting these posts would be helpful.
