		<description>@FTF: I agree that lowering the interest rate is fixing a symptom, not the problem. I focused on find credit cards with 0% balance transfers for those who are trying to eliminate their debt, but have credit card companies that won&#039;t lower the rate. GlblGuy had to go through that same situation. This is just a band-aid fix.</description>

		<description>A lot of good offers, but I don&#039;t think the way to get out of credit card debt is to reduce the interest rate (although that does help), but rather cutting one&#039;s life style down to nothing and making big, fat, principal payments.</description>
