If you have a large amount of credit card debt, a lower interest rate will help you save a little money. The credit cards listed below are no interest for balance transfers. If you decide to use these credit cards, use them responsibly. I looked up credit cards with no annual fees because I believe most credit cards shouldn’t charge you merely having it.
Be aggressive in paying down your credit card debt. I found these cards that have 0% for balance transfers. Please use the card just for the balance transfers. Don’t make purchases on the cards; they are listed to help your debt payments go towards the principal. If you pay your balance in full each month, check tomorrow when I list reward cards.
This may seem odd, but if you don’t have a huge amount of debt, you may be better off by just aggressively paying off your debt on your current card. Changing your behavior with credit cards isn’t going to be fixed with a low or no interest credit card.

A lot of good offers, but I don’t think the way to get out of credit card debt is to reduce the interest rate (although that does help), but rather cutting one’s life style down to nothing and making big, fat, principal payments.
@FTF: I agree that lowering the interest rate is fixing a symptom, not the problem. I focused on find credit cards with 0% balance transfers for those who are trying to eliminate their debt, but have credit card companies that won’t lower the rate. GlblGuy had to go through that same situation. This is just a band-aid fix.
