		<description>Living outside of Washington, D.C., you&#039;d think my family and I would regularly go to all the wonderful (and free) museums in Washington.  Nope.  It seems there is always something going on that keeps away.  We&#039;ve lived here almost 20 years and I&#039;ve yet to visit the Washington Monument.  Pathetic, I know.
