I find I do better when I focus on one company at a time for applications. I have been known to mix up cover letters!

That looks like a cool site. In principle, I also like the idea of searching only for one job at a time, taking a day to identify a good job, then doing some research to find out what really excites you about the job (helps so much w/cover letter and then interview) and then going through whatever application process they've set up.
