		<description>I think it&#039;s a difficult balance to achieve. If you have no personal views then the blog can become very impersonal and informal. Too much personal information with poor content and it may lack credibility.</description>

Miranda: Learning about the writers and their views also helps to motivate me. Hearing people&#039;s struggles pushes me to keep trying to get better.</description>
