		<description>Getting out of debt has two sides: yes, following these above ideas, but also, we must overall consider the game-plan of life and if the plan is no good, then we save ourselves both time and money. If I live in a city with no jobs, I will end up spending savings, and so these steps are really just drops of the bucket.
