Great post. One thing I have always messed up on is planning time around holidays. When I'm talking to a client and we say '3 months from now' (or whatever) I often don't realize that a big holiday like Thanksgiving or Christmas may be included in that span. Not only do those holidays require a large amount of time on their own, I am also likely to have friends and family visiting and I find myself in some serieous time crunches (like right now!).

Maybe this seems obvious to those who are capable of using a calendar, but I still seem to get burned by it every year. :)
