Weekly Round Up: October 5, 2007

I decided to do my weekly round up a little early because I’m going to be busy this weekend with schoolwork. I might have some time to post, but it’s not guaranteed.  I want to start on a project I have for a class because I have a feeling it’ll be hectic in a couple of weeks.

The Simple Dollar: Trent started his book club and the first is Your Money or Your Life. Check out the first review of the prologue and then join in on the discussion.

Consumerism Commentary: Flexo did a report about a company that may lose their money due to Net Bank’s meltdown.

Get Rich Slowly: JD has an intriguing article about David Swensen and his asset allocation model. He’s manages Yale’s endowment and is considered to be the best in his field.

Saving for a Home of My Own: Saving Diva watches television online. It’s cheaper than Tivo and many networks offer if free with limited ads.

Have a great weekend. Yee-haw!!! ( I need a new catch phrase.)
