Dubai Ports World Retains Control of U.S. Ports

Six months ago Dubai Ports World promised to sell its North American operations to appease critics in Congress. Those critics did not want foreigners running U.S. ports and demanded that Dubai Ports find a buyer for its U.S. facilities. Six months later, the company still owns those ports.
